# Checking Ban

Select accounts then do the following:

* To do this, go to the "<mark style="color:green;">**Account Management**</mark>**"** section in the main menu
* Load accounts using the "<mark style="color:green;">**Load Accounts**</mark>**"** or "<mark style="color:green;">**Load from Folder**</mark>**"** buttons (perform this action if accounts are not loaded)
* Select the required number or all and press the "**Account Actions"** button.
* Select the action "<mark style="color:green;">**Check for a ban**</mark>"
* Click the "<mark style="color:green;">**Start Task**</mark>**"** button and wait for it to complete
* After completion, in the "<mark style="color:green;">**Account Management**</mark>**"** tab, click "<mark style="color:green;">**Refresh**</mark>"
* In the "**Status"** column, enter "**Banned"**, and you will see all the banned accounts
* Click the "**Delete Ban**" button and all banned accounts will be deleted
