# Leave groups/channels on your account

To do this, go to the "<mark style="color:green;">**Account Management**</mark>" section in the main menu.

* Select the required accounts and click on “<mark style="color:green;">**Actions accounts**</mark>”
* Select from the list "<mark style="color:green;">**Leave groups and channels**</mark>" on your account&#x20;
* **Choose an action:** - Leave all groups and channels - Exit from specific ones (in this case, specify the groups from which you want to exit)&#x20;
* **Maximum number of logouts from an account** -Specify the maximum number of exits from groups and channels from one account&#x20;
* **Number of exits per seance** -Specify the number of exits from groups and channels per seance&#x20;
* **Delay between exits within a seance** - Specify the delay between exits from groups and channels within a seance, in seconds
* &#x20;**Delay between seance** Specify the delay between seances leaving groups and channels, in seconds

Example: - Specify the number of exits from the account, for example - 20 - Number per seance - 4 (the account will leave four groups, after a specified delay within the session, then there will be a pause between seances and the next seance of leaving the groups will be performed. With these settings there will be 20/4 = 5 seances of 4 exits each.)&#x20;
